This policy explains how 2tap handles information on the website. Split and MusicGenie have separate policies based on how each app actually works.

Music Genie

Music Genie creates playlists with Apple Music and lets you choose how AI curation is processed.
Information you submit
When you send your email from an app page, 2tap receives the email, app interest, language, form source, consent version, and signup dates. We also receive information you choose to include in support emails.
How we use data
We use this information to answer support and administer the beta and TestFlight invitations you requested. Beta interest is not automatic authorization for marketing. We do not sell personal data or use this information for behavioral advertising.
Hosting and technical data
The site is hosted on Vercel, which may process technical data such as IP address, date, time, requested route, and browser characteristics to deliver and protect the service. The site integrates no advertising or dedicated third-party analytics SDK.
Service providers
Vercel hosts and protects the site, including BotID protection against automated abuse. Supabase stores the interest list so 2tap can organize invitations and exports. These providers process data only to provide those services. We do not share data with data brokers.
Retention and your rights
We keep signups while a relevant beta exists or while needed to administer an invitation, with periodic review. Unconfirmed or unused signups may be deleted within 30 days; data is no longer kept when it is unnecessary or deletion is requested, unless a legal duty applies. You may request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion at support@2tap.com.br.
